The second round will take place in autumn/winter 2025 and spring 2026 and is relevant for all types of companies.
Requirements for participants
Each company must establish a cross-functional team with participants from, as far as possible:
- Sales
- Procurement
- Production
- Product development
- IT
- Finance
The cross-functional teams will work with:
- A process model aimed at ensuring cross-organizational understanding of supply chains (duration: 2 working days distributed over 4 half-days). See the process model here.
- Cyber training to raise awareness of cybersecurity and provide concrete solution options (duration: 1 working day).
- Serious Games focusing on future scenarios about geopolitical developments and the conditions for running production in Denmark (duration: 1 working day).
Joint teaching day
The participating companies must also attend a day with presentations on:
- The changing geopolitical situation and its implications for businesses, focusing on political, economic, and security trends, by Professor Olivier Schmitt from the Royal Danish Defence College.
