The second round will take place in autumn/winter 2025 and spring 2026 and is relevant for all types of companies.

Requirements for participants

Each company must establish a cross-functional team with participants from, as far as possible:

  • Sales
  • Procurement
  • Production
  • Product development
  • IT
  • Finance

The cross-functional teams will work with:

  • A process model aimed at ensuring cross-organizational understanding of supply chains (duration: 2 working days distributed over 4 half-days). See the process model here.
  • Cyber training to raise awareness of cybersecurity and provide concrete solution options (duration: 1 working day).
  • Serious Games focusing on future scenarios about geopolitical developments and the conditions for running production in Denmark (duration: 1 working day).

Joint teaching day

The participating companies must also attend a day with presentations on:

  • The changing geopolitical situation and its implications for businesses, focusing on political, economic, and security trends, by Professor Olivier Schmitt from the Royal Danish Defence College.
  • Increasing digitalisation and how crucial secure and scalable cloud computing has become for modern IT infrastructure, by Associate Professor Marco Peressotti from the Department of Mathematics and Computer Science at SDU.
  • The fundamental aspects of cybersecurity and human behaviour, as well as best practices, by Assistant Professor Peter Mayer from the Department of Mathematics and Computer Science at SDU.
